Make sure to stop by our booth!

Volunteer at our Booth!
Our booth at the State Fair is our only fundraiser for the year for our Youth Scholarship Program. Sales of honey, beeswax products and honey ice cream all go toward us being able to reward scholarships next year. We do this thru our amazing volunteers who work shifts at our booth during the fair. Please consider signing up to work a shift. You get into the fair for free and get a free cup of honey ice cream. Plus you get to show your excitement for beekeeping to people!
Bee Culture Entries
Did your bees make an interesting tasting honey? Do you make decorative candles and want to show off your skills? Why not enter your items in our Bee Culture Exhibit? A blue ribbon on your farmers market table helps sales!

Meet a real Queen!
As the 2026 American Honey Queen, Delanie serves as a national spokesperson on behalf of
the American Beekeeping Federation, a trade organization representing beekeepers and honey
producers throughout the United States. The American Honey Queen and Princess speak and
promote in venues nationwide, and, as such Queen Delanie will travel throughout the United States in
2026. Prior to being selected as the American Honey Princess, Delanie served as the 2025 California
Honey Queen. In this role, she promoted the honey industry in a wide range of venues, including
educational presentations and community events.
The beekeeping industry touches the lives of every individual in our country. In fact, honeybees
are responsible for nearly one-third of our entire diet, through the pollination services that they provide
for a large majority of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes. This amounts to nearly $19 billion per year
of direct value from honeybee pollination to United States agriculture.
Live Bees
Come explore the wondrous world of honey bees. Gaze into their world through 4 observation hives on display. See workers, drones, the queen, honey, pollen, brood.
